First Look: SDCC Exclusive Absolute Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman Funko Pops Revealed (Limited Edition 1,000 Pcs!)

The Absolute Universe is making the massive jump from the comic shop pages directly onto the collectors' display shelves! Funko has officially partnered with The Hollywood Reporter to give fans a first official look at the breakout stars of DC's hottest comic line in Funko Pop! form.

The "Absolute Trinity"—consisting of Absolute Batman, Absolute Wonder Woman, and Absolute Superman—will debut as highly coveted exclusives for San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC).

The Absolute Trinity Breakdown

These newly revealed figures lean completely into the distinct, bulky, and gritty redesigns that have made the Absolute line an absolute sales juggernaut.

Absolute Batman (#629): 

Captures the Dark Knight's massively imposing frame, complete with his heavily padded tactical suit and unique bat-eared cowl design.

Absolute Wonder Woman (#630): 

Showcases Diana's battle-hardened appearance, sporting a giant broadsword, wild flowing hair, and a dark, armored aesthetic.

Absolute Superman (#631): 

Features a long-haired, caped Kal-El floating on a clear display stand, looking incredibly distinct compared to any traditional Clark Kent pop figure.

Rarity and SDCC Pricing

Here is the catch that is already causing panic in the Funko community: these are limited to just 1,000 pieces each worldwide. Each box prominently features the pink "Limited Edition Legendary" sticker detailing the 1,000-piece production run.

They will retail at the convention booth for $40 each, making them a premium con-only exclusive that will undoubtedly skyrocket on the aftermarket if you aren't lucky enough to score them at the booth.

The Collector's Verdict

While some collectors are disappointed by the incredibly low 1,000-count limit, there is no denying that the sculpts look phenomenal. The stylized armor elements and dynamic floating stands prove that Funko is putting extra care into replicating the fresh style of DC’s boldest comic universe initiative.
