Thwip, bang, boom! Epic Games has officially closed out Chapter 7 Season 3 with an absolute blockbuster collaboration. To celebrate the highly anticipated theatrical release of Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the v41.30 patch has officially dropped a massive web-slinging update onto the Battle Royale island!
Timed perfectly to land alongside the film's global premiere, this crossover brings fresh cinematic variants, returning mobility items, and a few high-octane guest stars directly into the loot pool.

Brand New Day Outfits Hitting the Item Shop
The centerpiece of this collaboration is a wave of gorgeous, movie-accurate cosmetics. If you missed out on previous battle pass or movie variants, this lineup gives you the definitive modern version of the web-head:
- The "Brand New Day" Spider-Man: Fully endorsed by Tom Holland himself in the reveal promos, this brand-new outfit captures Peter Parker's fresh cinematic suit and comes equipped with a highly requested "mask-off" style option.
- The Punisher: Frank Castle makes his long-awaited debut! Mirroring his appearance in the new movie, this skin delivers Jon Bernthal’s gritty, battle-hardened skull-vest aesthetic.

Players can track down these high-flying items by hunting for Spider-Man's Backpacks hidden across the island, or by purchasing them directly using gold bars from the new Spider-Man NPC stationed over at the Battlewoods POI.
Even better? Epic Games has announced a special Web Shooters Power Hour event scheduled for August 1, 2026, where players will be able to find modified versions of the mythic with completely unlimited ammo counts!
New Survival Sprites to Support the Grind
As this is the final major balance patch of the current season, Epic Games also slipped in some incredible gameplay upgrades via the Sprite System:
- Peeky Peely: A handy support sprite that grants random weapon upgrades whenever you search ammo boxes.
- Lootin' Llama: An exploration asset that automatically pings and highlights rare nearby sprites on your mini-map.
