Evangelion fans and model builders, prepare to witness a true god-like awakening on your hobby desks! Blokees has officially broken open production vaults to drop pre-orders for a heavy-hitting mechanical masterpiece: the Legend Edition EX Evangelion Test Type-01 Awakening (TV Ver.) model kit!
Directly capturing the terrifying, volatile climax from the classic Neon Genesis Evangelion television series, this kit tracks Shinji Ikari’s signature mecha shedding its humanity to reach its absolute, terrifying ascended state.
225 Pieces of Fluid Mecha Engineering & A Divine Base
Composed of 225 snap-together pieces, this premium model kit stands roughly 7.4 inches tall (18.79 cm) and requires completely zero glue, paint, or tools to seamlessly assemble. The kit updates the line's standard internal skeletal structure with an incredibly sleek, metallic purple and neon finish that boasts fewer metal paint particles for a far cleaner look on your shelves.
Blokees has truly gone above and beyond to pack this Legend Edition EX release with unique show-accurate structural tweaks and gimmicks:
- Awakened Anatomy Overhaul: The kit features an entirely redesigned chest armor configuration, a terrifyingly detailed exposed red core gem, a glowing yellow eye block, and a completely unique, biological-looking left arm assembly to set it apart from standard variants.
- Hyper-Fluid Posability: Built with sophisticated multi-hinge joints that allow the head to look down completely, while the signature articulated jaw dropped open can fully mimic the terrifying roaring scenes from the anime.
- Scenic 14th Angel Display Pedestal: Rather than a simple plastic stand, the kit includes a massive, beautifully weathered Zeruel custom base depicting the crushed, rock-textured remnants of the 14th Angel!
- Extra Access: Includes a removable rear Entry Plug capsule along with 6 interchangeable hands (neutral, expressive claw, and open variations).
